Soo Nipi Lodge, located at the top of East Mountain in Newport, New Hampshire, is waiting to welcome you and your family or friends for a memory-making visit. Because the Lodge is rented by one group at a time of up to twenty guests, it becomes your own vacation home during your stay.

The Lodge boasts a spectacular view of Mount Sunapee from the dining and three sitting areas.  There are five bedrooms, each with its own bath, and a well equipped kitchen for guests to use.

Most of our guests’ time is spent in the sunny common areas.

Rates: For a group of up to twenty guests the Lodge is rented at the rate of $950 per night with a two night minimum and a 9% New Hampshire tax added on. Ask about our extended stay discounts.

Check-in: Usually check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am, but, depending on circumstances, these times may be extended.

Payment: We prefer cash, personal or traveler’s checks. Visa or MasterCard will be accepted with a 4% charge.

Pets: We accept some pets. Ask Jeanette

Deposits: Reservations will be guaranteed only when the required deposit is received and confirmed.

 For Events, the common area of the Lodge is rented at a rate of $100 per hour with a $300 minimum.
