The Georgian Colonial House on the property of Soo Nipi Lodge was built in 1767, and was licensed as a New Hampshire Tavern in 1793. It has been lovingly renovated and now offers two double occupancy rooms for guests. As in the Lodge, guests at the House have access to the fabulous kitchen and sitting areas.

Rates: Rooms in the House are rented at $120 each per night plus 9% NH tax, with a two night minimum.

If guests at the House are overflow from the group renting the Lodge, the rate is discounted to $100 per room per night, plus the 9% NH tax and two night minimum.

Deposit: A deposit of one night’s stay is required to reserve rooms in the House.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the House.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out at 11:00 am.

Payment: Cash, personal or Traveler’s checks are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
