Soo Nipi Lodge, at the top of East Mountain near Sunapee, New Hampshire, is waiting to welcome you and your family or friends for a memory-making visit. Your group of up to twenty guests has exclusive rights to the lodge during your stay. It's your own vacation home.

Picture yourself in the Sun Room, reading a book to your child on the chaise lounge, playing Scrabble at the table, or having a lively conversation in the living room, all with a spectacular view of Mount Sunapee. Each bedroom has its own bath, and there's a well-equipped kitchen for you to use.

Kids: Come sledding down the back yard hill all the way to the tree line, or ice skate on Newport Common. You can borrow skates at the skate shack, and there's hot chocolate too. At the lodge, make a puzzle, play a game, or read a book. And meet Sam the dog, or Sophie the cat.

All linens, including towels, are provided at the Lodge.

Rates: For a group of up to twenty guests the Lodge is rented at the rate of $950 per night with a two night minimum and a 9% New Hampshire tax added on.

Deposits: Reservations will be guaranteed only when the required deposit is received and confirmed. Deposits are not refundable, but may, with ample notice, be transferred to another time under special circumstances. Deposits may be sent to Soo Nipi Lodge at P. O. Box 652, Newport, NH 03773.
Persons wishing to rent Soo Nipi Lodge must be at least 21 years of age.

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of arrival. Cash, personal or traveler's checks are accepted.
