The Historic Georgian Colonial House on the property of Soo Nipi Lodge was built in 1767, and was licensed as a New Hampshire Tavern in 1793 by Joseph Buell, a member of one of the founding families of Newport. It has been sensitively renovated, keeping the irreplacable original architectural features while creating a comfortable space for the family.  Two double occupancy rooms, with their own private entrance, are now available for guests to enjoy this antique masterpiece.

Rates: Rooms in the House are rented at $120 each per night plus 9% NH tax, with a two night minimum.

If guests at the House are overflow from the group renting the Lodge, the rate is discounted to $85.

Deposit: A deposit of one night’s stay is required to reserve rooms in the House.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the House.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out at 11:00 am.

Payment: Cash, personal or Traveler’s checks are accepted.
